lingzi 作者 : 找到原因了，默认的文件fresns.sqlite有问题，改权限也没用，只要把原文件删除重新创建，问题就解决了

nabihost 作者 : cURL error 77有关curl ca certificates路径和文件名的问题：  CentOS Stream 9 系统，存在两个主要的路径用于存放 CA 证书，分别是： /etc/pki/ca-trust/extracted/pem/: /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.trust.crt FNS插件更新找的是这个路径： /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt 所有面板里更新失败! @开发者 是不是可以在.env里规定ca certificates 的文件名和路径？
