为了本地部署安装测试Fresns我尝试更换了phpStudy、宝塔win版、FlyEnv三种集成软件，都没解决这个问题！尝试了手动下载安装，主题模板是可以安装成功，但网站引擎尝试了很久都不行，网上有找到类似问题但没有好的解决方案。
