Question about Changing Comment Author Label

Hello,

I am working on my website FollowGroups and I would like to customize the comment section.

Currently, the label "Write a Comment Author" appears when users want to leave a comment. I would like to change it to something else, for example, "Leave a comment below" or any custom text.

Could you please advise how I can make this change? Should I modify it via the theme files, a plugin, or directly in the code?
