Fresns is developed based on the PHP Laravel 11.x framework. Today, Laravel has officially released version 12.x, and we are actively evaluating whether upgrading to the latest framework is necessary.

As a relatively minor "maintenance release," #Laravel 12 primarily focuses on updating existing dependencies without introducing new features. In other words, this version emphasizes system stability and maintenance optimizations rather than feature enhancements.
